Our comprehensive Apprentice Program is designed to take you from a passionate beginner to a well-rounded industry professional. We don’t just teach you how to sit and stay—we teach you how to run the entire show.
What You’ll Master
Unlike traditional courses that focus on just one area, our apprentices rotate through every heartbeat of our facility:

Dog Behavior & Training: Learn the "why" behind the bark. Understand body language and master basic to advanced obedience.

Facility Management: Get hands-on with industry-standard boarding and kennel software to keep operations running smoothly.

Health & Husbandry: Become an expert in daily dog care, nutrition, and safety protocols.
The Business of Pets: Learn how to manage our retail store, handle client relations, and enroll dogs in the right programs.
The Essentials
Your Weekly Schedule
Consistency is key to learning animal behavior. Our apprentices work a fixed schedule to ensure they see the full cycle of facility life:
This is broken down into a 1 week / 1 month / 3 month apprentice program

Monday – Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Thursday – Friday: Off (Rest & Recharge)

Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

By the time you complete this program, you won't just know how to handle a leash; you’ll understand the logistics, the software, and the psychology that makes a top-tier training facility successful.
Please note this is unpaid, however at the successful completion of the program you will get the opportunity to officially interview to join our team to work with dogs. The position is active and fast paced. You will be required to lift at least 30 lbs. Like most dog jobs it can can be slimy, hairy, and dirty but rewarding.
