To:    All dog owners who think that obedience classes are a waste of money!!!

I also thought that, until my dog, Holly, started exhibiting aggressive behavior to my youngest son.  We tried everything to change her behavior,  I read books, talked to my vet, But nothing seemed to work.  I had all but given up hope, and resolved myself that we would have to give the dog up, when I heard about K9 Koncepts.

When I first contacted Bill at K9 Koncepts, he listened and I could tell right away that his knowledge of dog behavior was extraordinary.  I signed Holly up for their obedience class and have never regretted my decision once!  Roland, who leads the class is amazing.  He showed me how to handle Holly's behavior and to counteract it with positive reinforcement.  And when Holly continued with some of her aggressive behavior, Bill and Roland both came to my house to evaluate Holly in her own environment.  I was touched that these two men were that dedicated to their work to give up their Friday night.  Without their help, Holly would have had to been put down, since with her aggressive behavior she was un adoptable.

I just want to thank these two caring, dedicated people who have touched my life and made it better.  I now have a lovable well adjusted dog, who is like a member of my family!!
